If severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or lightning, make it unsafe to perform our services, we will reschedule for the following day. If that’s not feasible, your service will be completed on your next scheduled visit. During hurricane season or in the event of extreme conditions that impact access to your yard, we’ll work with you to reschedule at a time that ensures safe and effective service.

After each service, we take a picture of the gate to confirm it's securely closed, ensuring your pets remain safe inside. There are no contracts required! You have the flexibility to start, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by updating your client portal or contacting our office.
Yes, we are happy to clean your yard while your dog is outside! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that they be kept indoors during the service. The safety of our team is our top priority. Should your dog display aggression towards our team, we may request that they be kept inside, or we may need to remove your property from our service route.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. While not all days may be available in your area, the size of our team allows us to typically offer 2-3 options that best accommodate your schedule.
After we scoop up the waste, we double-bag it securely and place it in your trash can, ensuring it's ready for proper disposal. If you have a designated spot for disposal, perhaps a specific location or container, just let us know, and we'll ensure everything is handled exactly as you prefer.
